We have multiple event spaces boasting sizes from 500 ㎡ to 1500㎡ – even though we’re located inside Tokyo. Most of the spaces have a high ceiling and open atmosphere, and welcomes many types of events and film shoots. Superb location facing the canal, with comfortable, down-to-earth spaces retaining a sophisticated character.

Q.Are there any spaces available for automotive exhibitions?

Yes, there are three spaces, G3-6F, B&C HALL and E HALL.

Q.What are the payment terms?

Advance payment
The invoice for the basic cost is issued after the contract is concluded. Please complete the payment within five business days.

Additional payment after the use
Please complete the payment within 14 days after the use

Q.Can items for the event be sent by parcel delivery beforehand?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept them.

Q.Is early morning or late night use available?

Yes, but there may be some restrictions regarding the audio/sound. Please contact us in advance.

Q.Is smoking allowed?

All of our event spaces are non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking areas.

Q.Is internet available?

Yes, it is available on all venues.

Procedures for use
1) Inquiry
Please contact us by phone or email if you have any further questions.

2) Tentative reservation
Prior inspection of the location and price quote can be arranged.

3) Application
When you have decided, we will send you an application form by e-mail.

Please fill out the form stamped with your seal, scan it (PDF), and send it back to us.
Upon receipt of the form, the contract is concluded, and the cancellation policy becomes effective immediately.

4) Payment
Full payment must be made beforehand.
The invoice for the basic cost is issued after the contract is concluded. Please complete the payment within five business days.
* The extended hours and equipment rental cost will be charged after use.

5) Prearrangement
Discuss with our staff about the details of the venue layout, equipment required, catering, other orders as well as carry-in and out schedule.

6) On the day of the event
Our staff is on hand during the event. Please feel free to ask us when help is needed.

7) Additional cost
– An invoice will be issued within one week after the use.
– Please complete the payment within 14 days after the use.
– The relevant bank fees are to be covered by the client.

Tentative reservation
– As long as the venue has no prior reservation on the date you have requested, tentative reservations can be made.
– If another party requests reservations that overlap your tentative reservation dates, we require you to make a prompt decision to finalize your reservation. We prioritize the party that makes the final decision first.
– There is no fee for cancellation of tentative reservations.
– A tentative reservation does not guarantee the availability of the venue.
– Please be sure to inform us the date of your tentative request by e-mail.
